Spring 2021: Bring On Spring!
Spring at the Home Depot is go-time. Our Spring Sales Event kicked off earlier than in previous years as a way to welcome a new year.
Our social channels played a pivotal role in the campaign, being our first-to-market channel – via a Twitter First View (TFW) takeover. The team bought the TFV ad unit targeting all Twitter users on the first day of Spring (3/20).
Our creative was concepted and produced for social usage, and was also pulled through in Broadcast and OLA work.
Coming to Life in Social
Holiday 2020: Black Friday. Improved.
Given the climate, having one day of doorbuster sales didn’t feel like the right note to hit. So, to address these concerns, we had savings promotions all season long, both online and in store, to remove stress and bring ease the overall shopping experience.
Twitter First View
The season kicked off with an Ad Leak strategy built around our first-ever buy of the Twitter First View ad unit. This creative was produced in close partnership with our Twitter platform partners. The one-day takeover made 30.5M impressions, had an ER of 2%, and garnered 16.5M video views.
